It is disappointingly. awesome that the head of the snake that has crawled into the MFM through the disposition of its founder, Dr. D. K. Olukoya has been located to its source.

It is not relative to MFM alone but in all churches and spiritual organizations, the worrisome aspect of this tribalism has been investigated and traced down to the office of Dr. D. K. Olukoya.

There has been cases and reports of tribalism in the ministry where certain particular tribe is holding the key positions in the ministry while relegated tribes are given hard misfit positions in the ministry and not forgetting how relegated tribes were massively sanctioned, suspended and sacked from the MFM over certain critical offenses committed by them and such is overlooked if committed by the favored tribes in the ministry especially if it involves the current serving AGOs in MFM.

An Ibo pastor was disgracefully sacked from MFM because he wrote a competitive book that turned the publications of Dr. D. K. Olukoya into bedtime story book. This Ibo pastor in the past served in MFM West African foreign mission and stylishly he was demoted and transferred back to Nigeria and later muscled out of the ministry.

Another Yoruba pastor was demoted and disgraced by Dr. D. K. Olukoya despite his plead through popular men of God like Pastor Adeboye and others. He is presently serving as office boy in the department where he has headed to the best of his knowledge and ability. He has worked all his entire life till now in the ICT department but muscled out by small boys with the support and backup of Dr. D. K. Olukoya, ever since then the ICT department has remained worse. This pastor was stripped of his accolades and closeness to Dr. D. K. Olukoya after he has been used for a very long time and dumped to rot away in the gallow of the ministry.

Another young pastor sacked and used through the tribalism syndrome is the popular pastor that served MFM in Benin. The young man was scrapped out because of his popularity and anointing. The pastor was drained and subdued by the ministry's tribalism.

For how long will the disaster continue? The snake in the camp has been biting every pastors with potentials especially the relegated tribes in the ministry.

• Have you suffered unnecessary Pull Him Attack from the ministry?
• Have they used sponsored or ministry's financed orchestrated petitioned against you as a pastor?
• Have they brain-washed your branch members to sign petition and by force transfer against you?
• Have you been invited to report to MFM HQ after pulpit rotation only to discover that you are no longer needed at the same station?
